Descripción del evento: La acuicultura es una actividad de reciente incorporación a las producciones animales, es la revolución azul; la diferencia del medio de cría – acuático -, respecto a las producciones animales tradicionales – aéreo -, hace de la acuicultura una actividad especial, que requiere un elevado grado de innovación y formación continua; esta especialización afecta tanto al propio medio de cría, el agua frente al aire, como a la condición de poiquilotermos de moluscos, crustáceos y peces frente a la de homeotermos de las aves y los mamíferos tradicionalmente criados; y esta diferencia fundamental afecta a aspectos productivos como la nutrición, alimentación y gestión sanitaria de las granjas acuícolas.   Sigue leyendo
